Leslie Macomber is President of Health Actuary Search and its sole Recruiter. She bases her recruiting practice on ten years experience in the insurance and investment industry. She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BA from the University of Chicago

She earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation while working as a Registered Representative with The Equitable in San Francisco in the early 1990’s. During this period, Leslie was licensed and trained to sell health, life, disability, annuities and mutual funds and became Series 7 qualified. She went on to be an investment representative with Wells Fargo and later, represented long term care products with GE Capital.

Leslie began her actuarial recruiting career at Sunday & Associates, a recruiting firm located in Petaluma, California. She is presently located in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho.
