There are many advantages to working with a
Recruiter, including:
- Resume feedback and development
- Increasing the number and quality of
interviews
- Interviewing tips
- Aid in salary negotiation

When working with more than one Recruiter, the process needs to be managed.
- Require that every Recruiter gain your
permission before making submissions. The first Recruiter to
introduce the opportunity gets the submission.
- Track all submissions on a spreadsheet by
Date Submitted, Who Submitted, and Company Submitted to.
