Managing the Recruiter

There are many advantages to working with a Recruiter, including:

  • Increasing the number and quality of interviews

When working with more than one Recruiter, the process needs to be managed.

  • Require that every Recruiter gain your permission before making submissions. The first Recruiter to introduce the opportunity gets the submission.
  • Track all submissions on a spreadsheet by Date Submitted, Who Submitted, and Company Submitted to.
