HAS offers three tiers of contingent Recruiting service ranging from priority outreach to passive recruiting exposure, with declining Fees associated with each level of reduced service. Fee Agreements are available for download by clicking on the Gold, Silver and Bronze icons below.*

 

Each level of service is a turnkey solution for getting the right person hired, without spending more than your company has to.  All Job Posting requirements can be handled confidentially through this website.

 

Gold-Plan Fee Agreement

GOLD

Recruiter priority outreach, Job Posting, RSS Jobs Feed (Self-Posting requested)

 

Silver-Plan Fee Agreement

SILVER

Recruiter outreach with exclusive right for 15 business days, Job Posting, RSS Jobs Feed (Self-Posting requested)

 

Bronze-Plan Fee Agreement

BRONZE

Recruiter/Candidate exposure, Job Posting, RSS Jobs Feed (Self-Posting required)

Choose the appropriate level of service based on your hiring need:

 

Gold: If your company's need is immediate and targeted, the Gold level of Recruiting service gets your message out quickly through customized Recruiter outreach, a posting on the Job Listing page, and the HAS real-time RSS Jobs Feed. 

 

Silver: With a three-week exclusive, the Silver level provides the same level of effective marketplace exposure as Gold but with a 20% savings. 

 

Bronze: If your hiring need is less immediate, geographically flexible, or one where the requirements are general in nature, the Bronze level gives your opportunity visibility through Recruiter/Candidate exposure, a posting on the Job Listing page, and the HAS real-time RSS Jobs Feed, at a 25% savings over Silver.  Self-Posting is required for Bronze level service.

 

 

Job Order Self-Posting.  Job Order Self-Posting is simple, taking five to ten minutes with all the information handy.  HAS requests that all Job Orders be Self-Posted, but only requires Self-Posting for the Bronze service level.  See below for the Three Steps to Post a Job.

  

 

 THREE STEPS TO POST A JOB

 

1) Fee Agreement. Print out a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Fee Agreement (a separate Fee Agreement is required for each job requisition).  Fill the Fee Agreement out completely, have an authorized person sign it, and send it by facsimile to 208-664-5350.  The signed Fee Agreement will be sent back to a facsimile number provided, or scanned and emailed to an email address provided.

 

2) Registration. Go to Registration.  You will be asked to provide a Username, Email address, and Password.  Store this information for future reference. 

 

3) Post a Job.  Go to Post a Job.  Have the Job Requisition Number, Job Description, and Primary Contact information nearby to make this process go quickly.  HAS will contact you for additional information that may be needed for a successful Candidate search.  The more information you provide initially, the less follow-up will be needed.
